Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to New Zealand only.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, our shipping fee is $6.95 for anywhere within New Zealand.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, all of our deliveries are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email confirming your tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Ivy & Rue jewellery, but if not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Please note, due to hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns for earrings.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at ivyandrue.nz@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days once we’ve received your return.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your original order by following the outlined steps, and then make a separate order for your new item.
Caring for your jewellery
What materials are your pieces made from?
Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver with 0.1 micron 18k gold plating. We also add an extra layer of tarnish resistance to extend the life span of the jewellery.
Are your earrings and necklaces hypoallergenic?
Yes — all Ivy & Rue jewellery is nickel-free and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin.
Can I wear Ivy & Rue jewellery in the shower or while swimming?
We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising to maintain its shine and longevity.
How should I care for my jewellery to keep it looking its best?
Store your pieces in a dry, humidity-free environment, away from direct sunlight and heat. Polish regularly with a soft, dry cloth and avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hand sanitiser, chlorine and saltwater, as these can cause tarnishing.
